Santa Maria da Feira Municipal Library (Portugal) sends us its agenda for the month of. In it, you’ll find exhibitions, activities from different clubs at the library (knitting, reading, etc.).
Of all the activities scheduled, we’d like to highlight the one called “Roaming: Reading at the Public Space”. Its a program that seeks to bring the library services closer to the people with mobility difficulties, transport methods or those that live in the most peripheral parishes of the territory. The library “travels”, monthly, always on Saturday, to the parishes of Canedo, Vale and Vila Maior, bringing books, cinema and music for home loans, but also computers and access to the internet.
