IFLA will held their 84th IFLA General Conference and Assembly next 30 August 2018 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Call for papers is now open for the open sessions of the different sections. Deadlines varies from section to section although they’re all between the end of January and the end of February, so there’s still time for the NAPLE Sister Libraries to send their proposals.

There’s already antecedents of libraries in the program participating in IFLA. In 2014, Public Library “Fran Galovic” Koprivnica (Croatia) and Public Library Sastamala (Finland),that are cooperating through a sistership, prepared a poster together for IFLA which was held in Lyon, France that year.
