We are very happy to announce that we have another new library in the programme, the 30th Spanish library to join NAPLE Sister Libraries.
Public Library of Elgoibar is located in the center of town of Elgoibar, a city with a population of around 12.000 in the Basque Country .
They present themselves like “ a little library with a lot of activities. Little budget and lots of desire to work”, as proved by the large number of activities they do: book clubs, exhibitions, colouring competitions, crafting activities, etc.
They serve a multicultural community: their users speak Basque, Spanish, Urdu, French, English and Arabian.
