Carlow County Library Service (Ireland) and Siauliai City Municipality Public Library (Lithuania) have signed a Cooperation agreement between both libraries .
The libraries agree to cooperate with the objetive of strengthening the professional bonds and work together for a quality library service.
The libraries defined the grounds of the cooperation: experience sharing, International educational resources exchange, cooperation in creating exhibitions, reading campaings.
With this new sistership, NAPLE Sister Libraries has reached
54 COUPLES OF SISTER LIBRARIES
amongst all the participants!
