We are very happy to announce that we have a new library in the programme, the 10th   Lithuanian library to join NAPLE Sister Libraries.

Plunge District Municipal Public Library (Lithuania) is placed in a beautiful building, a reconstructed castle with a clock tower and adjacent greenhouse. They are a very active library, offering a wide range of services: apart from the traditional ones,  they provides and implements more comprehensive cultural projects, such as PhotoBiennials, Japan culture days, France culture days, various photography and contemporary art exhibitions, etc.
