We are very happy to announce that we have another new library in the programme, the fifth in this year! It’s the third Czech library to join NAPLE Sister Libraries.
The  Municipal Library Frenštát pod Radhoštěm has 5 employees (4+director). They have a total of 70.000 books, audiovisual materials and  2.100 readers. Last year (2013) they had 90 programs for children and adults (Memory Training Courses, discussions with authors and readings, discussions with travelers, creative workshops, exhibitions of regional artists, etc.). It’s located in the city center but they will  be moving  to a renovated building in 2015.
Frenštát pod Radhoštěm is a town in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It lies under the Moravian-Silesian Beskids Range, in a region rich in history and therefore the town is an important holiday resort in both summer and winter.
They are looking for a sister library, ideally a library that wants to exchange experiences in work with children or adult readers. If you want to know more about them and what they are looking for just click on its name or go to the Libraries Section.
With this new incorporation, the programme reaches:

 80 European public libraries participating!

Would you like to be the Municipal Library Frenštát pod Radhoštěm’s sister library? Go ahead and read the instructions in the Libraries Section!
