Today we welcome the Public Library from Ieper (Ypres): Openbare Bibliotheek Ieper from Belgium to NAPLE Sister Libraries!
In the Libraries tag you can find their form and links to their website and Facebook profile, for those of you who are interested, this library is looking for sister libraries in any of the participating countries!
With this new incorporation, the programme has 63 European public libraries participating.
