NAPLE Sister Libraries makes a big effort in developing a strategy in social media. We work our presence in Facebook and Twitter, to offer contents that are useful for the library community and to promote the library cooperation between public libraries at an international level.
We’d like to share with you a few statistics and details that we hope you’ll find useful:
In 2020, the main focus of our digital communication was put on Facebook, as it is the network in which our main interlocutors (public libraries in Europe) are mostly present. We are maintaining a more sustained presence on Twitter.
In 2020 the number of our followers on Twitter has grown by 49% and on Facebook by 37%
During 2020 we reached 1,000 followers on Twitter and 300 on Facebook
During 2020 we published a total of 765 posts on Twitter that achieved more than 217,000 impressions.
During 2020 we made a total of 1,047 posts on Facebook that reached more than 47,000 visits and exceeded 4,000 interactions
