The Public Libraries of Aleksandrow (Poland) and Viana (Spain) have developed a twinning activity this summer. Each library has prepared a center of interest with literature from the sister country, under the name of “Holidays with Spanish literature” and “Holidays with Polish literature”. Here are some photos of the books, and the link of one local newspaper from Aleksandrow: https://bilgorajska.pl/aktualnosc,18609,0,0,0,Wakacje-z-literatura-hiszpanska-i-polska.html
As usual, these initiatives have a good response among people, although libraries are used less in summer, at least mine!
