Civic Library of Piran and its Portuguese Sister Libraries

In Slovenian Civic Library of Piran we prepared exhibition of Portuguese poet Luis Vaz de Camoes in the time, when in Portugal is celebrated Portuguese national day on 10th of June – the day of Camoes’s death (officially the Day of Portugal, Camoes and Portuguese communities). We exhibited some books of Camoes (his epic poem ”Os Lusiadas” and his book of sonnets), showed some pictures and wrote down some facts about his life and also about the Naple Sister Libraries project. We will publish the news about our exhibition in our local newspaper.
