We are very happy to announce the incorporation of the second Ukrainian library to the NAPLE Sister Libraries program.
Talne Central Library of the Cultural Services Centre of the Talne City Council organises various events for children, young people and adults, as well as for vulnerable groups such as the elderly, people with special needs, internally displaced persons and others. We regularly hold literary meetings, educational events and events promoting local culture, book and other exhibitions, reading clubs, digital literacy events, master classes, etc. They are interested in establishing cooperation with Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, and other countries.
