Description: Bétera Public Library is part of the network of Valencian Public Libraries The library was founded in 1950 and in the year 2010 it was transferred to new and more modern facilities. There different public institutions offer courses for adult learners as well as courses of English as a foreign language among other educational services. The access to the library is not restricted and has no cost. Anyone wishing to have access to the bibliographic loan can join the library and obtain a membership card. There are PCs available to the public and free Wi-Fi for all users. The aim of the library is to offer all citizens access to reading, culture and education. We intend to offer useful services and assist the general public in their education and search for information. Our library wishes to contribute to the cultural, educational and socioeconomic development of our community and to promote awareness of our identity. Betera Municipal Library is interested in finding English/French/German speaking students for exchange programmes in collaboration with schools in the municipality.
