Description: The mission of the Regional Library of Murcia is to compile information on bibliographic heritage; to conserve and make available to the public the printed, audio and visual production of interest to the public; to assist, inspect and coordinate libraries that are part of the Regional Library System; to carry out actions to promote books and reading and to manage the legal deposit of publications produced in the Region of Murcia. As the manager of the State Public Library in Murcia, it is the lending center and meets the information, training and leisure needs of the citizens, with the offer of updated collections covering all areas of knowledge at different levels, thus meeting the commitment to society and quality management.
