Once again, Santa Maria da Feira Municipal Library (Portugal) has shared its monthly agenda with the NAPLE Sister Libraries community. We are delighted to showcase some of the activities taking place throughout June, which reflect the library’s dynamic cultural programme.
We would especially like to highlight the collective exhibition Ofício da Solitude: Vol. III, which will be presented on 20 June at 3:30 p.m. at the library. The event will feature Rui Reininho, author Fernando Augusto Rocha, and six Portuguese visual artists: Ana Pais Oliveira, António Macedo, Daniel Gamelas, Gil Maia, Nuno Sousa, and Victor Costa.
Through a series of informal conversations, the artists will share insights into their creative journeys and discuss the current state of visual arts in Portugal. The presentation will be followed by the official opening of the exhibition.
