Description: This public library is located in an urban area in Abusu, a neighborhood of Arrigorriaga. The neighborhood itself includes a part of Arrigorriaga Town and a part of Bilbao city with a population of about 12.000 people from both cities. It´s essentially working class population with an increasing number of people coming from another countries, mostly from Africa. The library joins the Basque Public Reading Network and shares catologue with more than 200 public libraries in the Basque Country.
