Description: It is a self – government culture institution dealing with reading promotion and writing development. Apart from borrowing books we also organize local actions promoting reading and integrating librarians, readers and authors. We take part in local culture events. We also have some experience in doing international projects (Germany, France, Hungary, Lithuania – Kretinga, Georgia).
