Description: Municipal Library Tábor is located in South Bohemia. Tábor is the second largest town in this region and attracts many visitors with its historical part, cultural events and the beautiful landscape of the Lužnice River. The library is a universal public library that serves as a municipal library with four branches in Tábor. Since 2018, the library has also operated an observatory on the top floor of the library building in Jiráskova Street. In addition to lending books and providing information services, the library also organises cultural and educational events for the general public. It is a meeting place and offers its premises for community events.
